Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By downloading, accessing, or using Tokenmaxxing, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Apple Standard EULA

Tokenmaxxing is licensed to you, not sold. Unless otherwise stated here, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

3. Subscriptions and billing

Tokenmaxxing may offer auto-renewable subscriptions through the App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Tokenmaxxing in violation of applicable law;
• attempt to interfere with the app, website, backend, or supported provider integrations;
• misuse connected provider accounts or data you are not authorized to access;
• reverse engineer Tokenmaxxing except where applicable law expressly permits it.

5. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue parts of Tokenmaxxing at any time. Some features depend on Apple services, supported provider APIs, or internet availability and may not be available at all times.

6. Third-party services

Tokenmaxxing depends on third-party platforms including Apple and any provider services you choose to connect. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Tokenmaxxing is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DijitalGözlük Ltd. Şti. disclaims warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of Tokenmaxxing.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Tokenmaxxing if required by law, by Apple platform rules, or where misuse materially harms the service or other users.
